A room full of leaders from across the sports industry came together to explore how AI is transforming organisations, whether you’re at the forefront of AI adoption or just starting the journey.
One of the biggest takeaways from the day: the organisations that will truly succeed with AI are the ones that embed it into their entire way of working and purpose. AI is not just another layer added on top of existing processes, it becomes the foundation for how teams collaborate, make decisions, create experiences, and drive growth.
At the same time, one thing became very clear throughout the summit: AI will not replace humans. Humans will remain a critical part of the loop, providing the strategic direction, practical context, creativity, and guardrails needed to make AI truly effective and responsible.
The goal of the summit was to move the conversation around AI in sport beyond the hype, and focus on practical inspiration: where to start, what’s already working, and how organisations can implement AI in meaningful ways.
